What billing does not cover
These plans do not include insurance, claims processing, in-app sessions, telehealth visits, or care-session payments. Consumers contact counselors directly outside Find Faith Therapy for services.
Billing support
Self-serve subscriptions use annual Stripe billing after the 90-day trial unless canceled before the trial ends. The Stripe billing portal supports payment-method updates, invoice history, and cancellation at period end. Launch-period plan changes, refund questions, and billing account help go through billing@findfaiththerapy.com.
Organization referral channel
Organizations can choose a paid launch-reviewed setup for referral pages, tracked links, and aggregate reporting. Members and clients do not pay Find Faith Therapy to use the referral path.
